Rejuve Med-Spa removes tattoo ink using the Quanta Q-Plus C laser, a three-wavelength laser that enables the removal of even the most vibrant tattoo colors. The Q-Plus shatters the tattoo ink into tiny particles, which are then absorbed into the body and flushed out.

By utilizing multiple wavelengths, the Q-Plus laser can be used on tattoos of any color. The Nd:YAG 1064nm wavelength targets dark pigments, such as black and blue, while the Nd:YAG 532nm addresses reds and oranges, and the Ruby 694nm targets the green and light blue color range. By evenly delivering the laser energy across the treatment area, no part of the tattoo goes untreated.  

Traditional lasers use round beams, which require overlapping and increase the risk of blistering and scarring. Since the Q-Plus C laser has a square-shaped energy beam laser, each pass treats the tattoo once and only once, lessening the chance of these adverse effects. Rejuve Med-Spa’s laser technicians are certified and specially trained in the art of tattoo removal, so you can rest assured they will be able to remove your ink as thoroughly as possible.

While some side effects like redness, swelling, crusting, itching, and flaking are common, these symptoms are usually minor and should subside within a few days. After treatment, you should avoid wearing tight-fitting clothing and ensure you keep the treatment area dry and clean. It is also best to avoid exposing your treated tattoo to direct sunlight.
